Going Indie
I had the great privilege of being a speaker at SecondConf. The conference was a great success. Since I gave the presentation, I've had a few people ask me for copies of the slides. So I'm posting this video with my slides and voiceover. I hope it is of some use for those who might be contemplating going indie.

P.S. I apologize if the slides seem a bit skewed towards the top. The layout of the conference room for SecondConf was such, that the people in the back had a hard time reading the bottom of the screen. For that reason, I pushed all my sides a bit towards the top.
